The Freshwater Angling Federation and Federation of Sport Fishing of the RK has come to agreement with the national air company Air Astana with regard to special tariff for the flights from Moscow and the most convenient European city, to which there are regular flights of Air Astana company, for sportsmen wishing to take part in the 9 Ice world championship year 2012. Air tickets may be ordered and paid for at any office of the air company. The addresses of the offices are available on the web-site: www.airastana.com, after filing of application and payment for participation in the World Championship.

Besides that with the assistance of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Freshwater Angling Federation and Federation of Sport Fishing of the RK has come to agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with regard to simplification of the procedure for visa obtaining by the citizens of foreign states. In order to obtain a visa it is necessary to enclose a copy of passport with specification of place of work and address of each sportsman to the application for participation in the tournament.

Cost of participation - 380 Euro per person + 120 FIPSed per team

 

The cost of participation includes:

1.      Reception with special buses at the airport of Almaty city.

2.      Transportation to the place of accommodation.

3.      Accommodation in single or double rooms at Almaty hotel. www.hotel-alma-ata.com

4.      Dinner on the day of arrival.

5.      Formal dinner on the day of opening.

6.      Transportation to the place of the tournament.

7.      Three meals a day on the days of trainings and the tournament.   

8.      Dinner on the day of closing.

9.      Accommodation in double rooms at Almaty hotel till departure.

10.  Transportation to the airport on the day of departure.

 

The program of ceremonial opening and closing shall be additionally coordinated with the International Freshwater Sport Fishing Federation and artistic collectives upon arrival of the Technical Commission.
